Open State v0.3 opens a Marketplace workspace where members can describe everyday needs and local businesses can apply with structured offers.
Members can privately tell Open State about daily routines and repeat spending, from food and wellness to household needs and local services. Individual answers and routines stay private. Open State uses those descriptions internally to decide which categories and offers to review. They are not shared with businesses and do not appear in a partner analytics or demand view.
Businesses can apply, describe the people they can serve, and prepare a structured offer. Human review keeps unapproved drafts out of the public catalogue. Published offers, when available, will show the price, inclusions, expiry, and verification date together so members can compare the terms without guessing.
The Marketplace workspace is open, and the first reviewed offers are still being prepared. For now, members can browse the workspace and privately describe what they need, while businesses can prepare applications and structured offers. Booking, payment, reservation, claiming, and redemption remain unavailable until the supporting partner, inventory, and production checks are in place.
Profile-matched communities now help members find people around shared interests and join live community chats. Three pilot District Journeys guide members through published checkpoints on Morning Momentum Route, at Puteri Cove, and in Eco Botanic. Ask Open State now uses context members have chosen to share to give more grounded answers across six languages.
